SHIPPING POLICY

At The Jerky Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No returns or exchanges without unopened product and receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable on returns. All returns must have prior authorization and must be made within 30 days. Any orders returned back to us over $300 will have a 5% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping.
